1 lb. Alaska Sablefish fillet, skin-on or skin-off, cut into your preferred serving sizes
Teriyaki marinade (see recipe)

Teriyaki Marinade: (enough for 1-2 lbs of fish)
1 cup water 1 ⁄ 2 cup low sodium soy sauce or liquid aminos 1 tsp. garlic, chopped or garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder or 1/4 cup chopped fresh onion 1 tbsp. honey or agave nectar -adjust to your preferred sweetness. 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seed oil 1 tsp. ginger, minced - optional


Make marinade. Put the fish in a medium bowl or gallon Ziploc and add marinade . Set aside 1-2 hours under refrigeration before cooking.
